You will: Provide quality care and support to elderly clients in their home as per care plans  Provide social support through outings, shopping and companionship Assist with personal care such as showering, hygiene, and dressing Provide support with domestic duties and cleaning Encourage independence, reablement and wellbeing of clients with a culture of doing with, not for Medication assistance (those that don’t have this skill, will be trained)  ABOUT YOU  We’re on the lookout for someone aged 18 – 26* who:  Has empathy and emotional intelligence  Is a reliable team player  Has high ethical standards, is trustworthy and confidential  Has strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders  MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS  Certificate III Individual Support (Aged Care/Home and Community Care) (or higher) or similar, or studying towards Nursing qualification Current Australian drivers licence  Reliable and registered vehicle and current comprehensive car insurance that can be used for work purposes  Smart phone NDIS screening clearance  Police check Join our recruitment program and WORK DIFFERENT.
